Case Study:

NJ SEA: Meadowlands District Transportation Plan (MDTP) 2045

The New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority (NJSEA) is conducting an update to its existing MDTP 2030 plan to assess transportation trends into the mid-21st century and undertake an updated district-wide plan. The new MDTP 2045 plan is being developed through a consultative planning process that relies on input from public and private sector entities. The updated plan will reflect recent growth in the district and efforts to minimize congestion by renewing the transportation planning horizon to the year 2045.

InGroup, as a subcontractor, has provided stakeholder virtual meeting support, strategic communications, meeting content review, project website updates, PowerPoint presentation enhancements, and survey creation assistance to the NJ SEA as it navigates the update of the MDTP 2045. Our team has handled meeting logistics, including implementing poll questions throughout many stakeholder meetings to help provide immediate feedback for the client.

The InGroup team provided the NJ SEA an overhaul of the MDTP 2045 website project page early in the process, while enhancing content, format, and graphics as part of various phases of the initiative’s stakeholder PowerPoint presentations.
