The College Point Corporate Park (CPCP) is located in the northern part of the New York City borough of Queens. The New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) manages the CPCP on behalf of the City. To ensure the area’s roadway network keeps pace with the diverse needs of the CPCP and that of the surrounding College Point community, the NYCEDC, in partnership with the New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT), conducted a planning-level transportation study (the Study) to identify and prioritize necessary, feasible improvements to create an integrated transportation plan.
