As outreach communications specialists for the transportation industry, the InGroup team was pleased to see President Obama sign into law a $305-billion, five-year highway spending bill. The Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act—the first long-term federal transportation spending bill in 10 years—dedicates more than $250 billion on highway and transit projects. We agree with other transportation and infrastructure advocates that strengthening transportation systems and infrastructure benefits our country, our citizens, and our economy.
